Skin Products - What About Body Treatments?

Ok, so we talk a lot about anti aging skin care products for the face, but why is it we forget about the rest of the body? You will need to find products designed to penetrate the thicker layers of the body in order to effect change and de-age the skin.
Your body does need anti aging, especially your feet, but it requires a stronger more powerful product that can benefit deep into the thicker layers of the skin. Minerals are crucial in facilitating cell-to-cell signals which stimulate cells to regenerate and nourish the top layers of skin." So finding products that contain these essential minerals and ingredients will ultimately help your skin retain it's moisture rather losing moisture to evaporation and aging over time. The goal is to have smoother, wrinkle and age spot free skin that looks younger and healthier.
Keeping your skin covered while you are in the sun is also HUGE in fighting aging of the skin. Well, mineral oil is actually a known carcinogen, and when it is applied to your skin it actually creates a barrier and doesn't allow the skin to "breathe". If you suffer from skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis, rashes or other problematic skin diseases, a product with mineral oil in it can only cause those problems to be worse because it simply coats the skin and doesn't allow the skin to function properly and therefore, it will take longer for the skin to heal. I've also seen people use products without mineral oil in them and have huge success. The key is NO mineral oil! Don't buy products that have it!
Get two bowls and put baby oil (baby oil is made of mineral oil and a small amount of fragrance) in one, and water in the next. The mineral oil doesn't absorb into the cracker, just like it doesn't absorb into your skin. Mineral oil is bad stuff, for lack of a better word!
You want skin care products that absorb into your skin. There are tons of awesome vitamin companies that make very high quality products. Check out the natural food stores for some great products!
Body scrubs, exfoliators, body serums and lotions, even soaking in a tub are all great treatments for your body as well. In review, we've covered a lot of information on helping to treat your body. Find what works best for you, stay away from products containing mineral oil, use sunscreen or protection of some sort when in the sun, take your vitamins regularly and drink plenty of water daily.
Free Anti Aging Body and Skin Products - What to Look Out For!
By Rob R Carmichael
There are a number of free anti aging body and skin products available online but you will have to pay for S & H (Shipping and Handling).
Firstly, some products may state in the original payment form whether you wish to receive this product again after 14 days. Many individuals quite craftily abuse this system by ordering free trial after free trial without deciding to continue with one particular brand, but if its an anti-aging face cream you are seeking then dermatologists agree that it is only after continued use that a particular brand will have an effect.

Did you know that the majority of skin products including lotions, soaps, foams, butters and anti-wrinkle products just to name a few, contain synthetic ingredients that are known to damage your skin?
Methyl, Propyl, Butyl and Ethyl Paraben - These chemicals are used to extend the shelf life of products and inhibit microbial growth. Diazolidinyl Urea and Imidazolidinyl Urea (urea is from urine) - These are used as preservatives. It is known to cause allergic reactions, hives and eczema. It has absolutely no nutrient value for the skin and interferes with the body's natural moisturizing process leading to dryness and chapping. Stearalkonium Chloride - This is an ammonium compound used in skin creams. This product is toxic and causes allergic reactions.
Make sure you avoid using products containing these colors (and food).
Synthetic Fragrances - On many labels you will see the word fragrance. These "fragrances" are chemicals and can contain up to 200 ingredients. Some problems caused by these chemicals are: headaches, dizziness, rashes, violent coughing, skin irritation, vomiting, hyper-pigmentation and more.
If you look at the ingredients in many products labeled as "organic" you will find these same ingredients.
Luckily, there are some great companies out there that are making fantastic natural products.
